Dear Vidhya, I recently bought a Usha Halogen Oven and I ve been pouring over the intruction manual and recipe book but cant find temp and timings for recipes like veg cutlet, bindi fry and potato wedges. i tried whole bindi with bujji kind of batter it was quiet soggy inside, I used fish settings for it. please help if you know.
